This was a nice short, half-day, trip. Weather was very nice with lots of cool breeze. We took the back roads from Fallbrook all the way to Temecula. The ride was probably less than 200 miles total. FYI: at the last top in Temecula (1pm or so) at the Texas BBQ grill - bunch of guys came out to talk with me as I was putting my gear back on. They were Harley dudes and they were pretty impressed with my GV650. They even thought my bags looked like factory edition as it matches the lines of the bike really well. As I got on my bike I hear this loud thud just behind me...lady on her Harley dropped her bike as she started it - apperntly forgot it was in gear as she was talking to a friend next to her. I was able to pick her bike up right away to help her out. Bike and owner unharmed - not even a scratch |

Say Achie, in one shot there looked like you have the camcorder mounted on the crashbar - did you get any video of the day? Also, what happened with the last 4 stills - overexposed? |

last 4 stills were overexposed....wasnt payin' attention to the mode the camera was in. I do have video that day, but the mount was loose and there was a lot of vibration...every time the bike was revving the video would distort. OBX - I do love these bags, but the mounting hardware is pretty much dumb  When I can afford it I' planning to buy a small welding machine so I can make my own stuff...it will be a while... |

make sure its either MIG (w gas, gas/gasless is best) or TIG, you want to be able to do stainless and aluminium.
