I just have a Throttle Rocker that has a velcro strap and rest my hand on it. I can not do much for my clutch hand. I just flex it a lot. I knocked off a hunk of hide and cleaned it up under running water dipped it in some Hydrogen proxide and put it back on a with a band aid. The skin died and some nerves were messed up I think.
